JACQUELINE INGHAM, LCSW
Jacqueline Ingham is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience treating patients in New York City and Florida. Jacqueline received her Master’s in Social Work, with a concentration in Clinical Social Work, from New York University. She has extensive experience working with adults, families and couples who are experiencing difficulties dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem, chronic illness, unhealthy relationships, eating disorders, or personality disorders. In addition to working with individual patients, she is also a certified group leader.
Driven by her passion for science and helping others, Jacqueline has worked with caregivers and individuals affected by Alzheimer’s Disease and alternate forms of dementia. Jacqueline also contributed to research at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, co-authoring multiple published research studies on environmental factors in Chronic Kidney Disease.
Jacqueline offers a fresh perspective to her patients, assisting them in understanding emotions, enhancing communication and coping skills, and improving self-esteem, relationships, and overall life outlook. Her therapeutic approach is solution-focused and strengths-based, drawing from Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic techniques to foster a balanced approach to daily life.
